Here are a few FAQs, but if you have a different query or need further support please just get in touch!

    1. How do I place an order?
      You can place orders directly through this website. On each product page will be a button to 'add to cart'.
      Shipping costs will be calculated automatically at checkout where applicable. 

    2. Why are there only limited quantities per item? 
      We like to keep the stock fresh and love finding new pieces to design and make for you. So due to the nature of Lemons & Jelly manually sourcing and designing as well as hand making jewellery, certain items remain in limited quantities. Make sure you order before you miss out!

    3. How much is postage? 
      Postage is FREE to UK addresses for most items. For delivery to addresses outside of the UK postage charges will apply and will be calculated at checkout depending on order weight and destination. 

    4. How long does delivery take?
      Items are usually dispatched within 1-2 days of placing an order and all items are sent via Royal Mail.
      UK standard delivery takes 3-5 working days.
      European standard delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days.
      Rest of World standard delivery takes 6-7 working days. 

      During busier periods these may take longer. 

    5. Is your business eco-friendly?
      We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible. All our packaging and thank you cards are made from recycled materials and can be recycled.
      Our clear jewellery packaging is 100% compostable and biodegradable (including the sticker on the clear bag). The clear bags are made from vegetable starch and made from food grade material. 

    6. I hear you donate a % of profits to charity, is that right?
      Yes, our founder Kelly is passionate about creative positive impact and change in whichever way she can through her work. So, we donate 15% of our profits to various charities that are close to her heart. These charities include The British Heart Foundation, various mental health charities and various cancer charities too. Depending on profits made the money is distributed across a few. 
       
    7. Do you accept returns?
      Due to the nature of our business and for hygienic reasons we cannot accept returns of our jewellery at this time, unless an item is faulty - proof of damage will be required and goods must be returned sealed in original packaging. Returns postage costs will be covered by you. Please get in touch directly for any return requests to info@lemonsandjelly.com.

      Lemons & Jelly accepts no responsibility for items damaged by wear and tear, intently or other. 

    8. How can I get a refund?
      In the event that any items are damaged or you feel you are due a refund, please get in touch via email (info@lemonsandjelly.com) to discuss.
